Wave Perfume Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver throughout Pakistan using reputable courier services.
    • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days after order processing. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays. During peak shopping seasons or major sales events, delivery times may extend up to 10 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders exceeding Rs. 8,500.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.

Special Conditions

  • High-Value Orders: For orders exceeding Rs. 50,000, an advance payment is required. Our customer service team will contact you upon order confirmation to provide payment details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please record an unboxing video and take clear photographs of the item(s). Contact our customer service team immediately with the evidence attached. We will address your concern promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping

  • Current Limitations: At this time, Wave Perfume only ships within Pakistan. We are working towards expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
