Return and Exchange Period
- Eligibility Window: You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, with at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
- Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, including the box and any accompanying materials.
- Documentation: Include the original invoice and any other documents that were provided with the product.
- Exclusions: Testers, sample packs, and bundled items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received in a damaged condition.
Return Process

- Shipping the Product: Once authorized, securely package the item and send it to our designated return address. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria. This process may take 10 to 14 working days.
- Resolution: After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, Wave Perfume will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- By Customer: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
- By Wave Perfume: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability. In such instances, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
