1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future. Please check our website for updates.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for major cities.
  • For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take 5 to 10 working days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are borne by the customer.
  • Promotional offers (such as Free Delivery campaigns) apply only when explicitly mentioned on our Website.
  • In case of a return or exchange, shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone/WhatsApp verification before dispatch. Orders not verified may be cancelled.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd is not liable for minor cosmetic damages (such as scratches on outer packaging or slight box dents) that do not affect the actual product.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking and coordinating with the courier in case of delivery delays.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, the courier will reattempt.
  • If the order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

8. Risk of Loss

  • All shipments are delivered to the courier in good condition.
  • Title and risk pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by courier mishandling.

9. Incorrect Address / Customer Error

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number, and details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

10. International Shipping (If Applicable in Future)

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
