Wave Perfumes — Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, Wave Perfumes accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of the date you receive your order — subject to the terms below. This policy is designed for retail customers and protects Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd from loss while offering a clear, fair process to buyers.

2. What is eligible

– Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (delivery date shown on tracking).
– Returned items must be unused, unperfumed (for fragrances), with original seals, labels and packaging intact. For perfumes we require that bottles have at least 90% of the original fragrance remaining for a full refund/exchange.
– Items that arrive damaged or incorrect must be reported immediately. For damaged/incorrect deliveries we will cover return shipping and make it right.

3. What is NOT eligible

– Opened/used products that do not meet the minimum remaining level for fragrances.
– Tester packs, sample packs, gift bundles or specially-discounted final-sale items (unless otherwise stated).
– Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty).
– Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

4. How to start a return or exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@waveperfumes.com or WhatsApp +923111133445 with:
  – Order number,
  – Photos of the product and outer packaging (and an unboxing video if possible) showing condition on receipt,
  – Short description of the issue (wrong item / damaged / want exchange).
2. We will respond with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions within 24–48 hours of receiving your request.
3. Do not send the item back until you receive RMA instructions — unauthorized returns will be refused.

5. Who pays shipping and related charges

– Customer pays all shipping charges for returning an item, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs charged when we delivered your order.
– Exception: If the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, or product arrived damaged), Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd will pay the return shipping and any corrective shipping.
– For returns we require tracked, insured shipping (customer’s expense) — please retain tracking until refund/exchange is complete.

6. Inspection, deductions and restocking

– All returns are inspected on arrival. We will process inspection and confirm acceptance within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item. If accepted, refund/exchange is initiated.
– If returned item shows signs of use beyond the allowed level, is missing parts, or packaging is damaged, we may:
  • Apply a pro-rata deduction for the amount used, or
  • Charge a restocking fee to cover shrinkage, repackaging and quality control costs.
– If an item cannot be resold due to heavy use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer store credit at a reduced amount.

7. Refund method & timing

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash-on-Delivery orders we can offer bank transfer or store credit (customer’s choice).
– After inspection approval, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
– Any banking/processing fees charged by third parties are deducted from the refund amount.

8. Exchanges

– Exchanges are treated as a return + new order. Request an exchange within 7 days using the process above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
– Customer pays shipping for the exchange (outbound and return), and any price difference between items must be paid by the customer before the new item ships.

9. Damaged or incorrect items (our responsibility)

– Inspect all packages on arrival and report damage/wrong items immediately. For valid damaged/wrong claims we will:
  • Arrange collection at our cost, or
  • Ask you to send photos and approve a return label that we provide, and
  • Replace the item or fully refund product + shipping charges as needed.

10. Fraud prevention & important notes

– Returns shipped without RMA or returns shipped at our expense without clear authorization may be refused.
– Unboxing videos and photos speed up processing and help protect both you and Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd.
– Wave Perfumes Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update this policy; customers will be subject to the policy in effect at time of purchase.
